Turn your PDFs, spreadsheets, and wikis into an AI knowledge layer your team and customers can reach from a chat widget on your website, a REST API, the terminal, an IDE, or a right-click on any web page. No code required to get started.
One-time license · Deploy to your AWS in minutes · Your data stays with you
2-minute product overview
Built for teams that run on documents
Customers call your support line because they can't find answers buried in 200-page manuals and policy documents.
Your team spends hours answering the same questions that are already documented — somewhere in a shared drive.
AI solutions exist but they require developers, API integrations, and months of implementation your team doesn't have.
Launch your private AI infrastructure on AWS with a single click. No servers to configure, no code to write. Your secure environment is ready in minutes.
Drag and drop your PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, and text files into the admin console. Our AI indexes everything automatically and learns your content.
Paste one line of HTML for the website widget. Hand the API key to engineers for the REST endpoint, CLI, MCP server, or browser extension. Same brain, different audiences — all live the same day.
Deploys entirely in your own AWS account. Documents never leave your infrastructure. Full data sovereignty and compliance.
Deploy closest to your users across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Low-latency responses wherever your customers are.
Custom colors, avatar, bot name, welcome message, and tone of voice. Your widget, your brand — white-labeled and seamless.
See what your customers are asking, track conversation volumes, identify knowledge gaps, and set monthly usage caps to control costs.
Powered by Amazon Nova AI and vector search. Every reply links back to the source document — and the bot refuses to guess when the answer isn't there.
Add a single script tag to any website. Works with WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or any custom site. No developer required.
Admin console and chat widget support multiple languages. Serve global customers in their preferred language automatically.
HTTPS everywhere, API throttling, XSS prevention, encrypted storage, and IAM-based access. SOC 2 compliant infrastructure on AWS.
Internal teams can query, update, and manage Jira tickets directly in the chat — assign tickets, change status, add comments, and get live sprint summaries in plain English.
Show a contact form before visitors start chatting. Build your prospect list and see exactly what each lead asked about.
Automatically surface trending topics, visitor sentiment, knowledge gaps, lead quality scores, and strategic recommendations — updated after every session.
Serve different audiences from one widget. Public visitors, logged-in customers, and internal staff each see only the content you authorise — with separate embed tokens per tier.
Same brain, multiple doorways. A clean REST API, a nohow CLI, an MCP server for Claude / Cursor, and a Chrome / Edge / Brave extension that lets anyone right-click on any page to ask your bot.
Run separate bots for customer support, internal docs, and sales — each with its own brand, prompt, and KB scope, all from a single AWS deployment. Up to 3 bots in Pro, 10 in Max.
Visitors give every reply a thumbs up or down (and copy it). You see exactly which answers landed and which need better source content — surfaced in your usage dashboard.
Full-screen layout on phones, full-screen keyboard handling, and reachable controls. Visitors on mobile get the same answers — without the cramped chat-on-phone problem.
Let clients query contracts, compliance manuals, and legal precedents without calling your office. Reduce repetitive inquiries by 60%.
Policyholders get instant answers about coverage, claims process, and deductibles. Your agents focus on complex cases, not FAQ calls.
Patients find answers about procedures, billing, and preparation guides instantly. Reduce front-desk call volume and improve satisfaction.
Buyers and tenants query property details, HOA rules, and lease terms on your site. Close deals faster with instant information access.
Clients explore fund details, fee structures, and regulatory filings through natural conversation. Improve self-service and reduce AUM support costs.
Citizens find permits, regulations, and service information without navigating bureaucratic websites. Modernize public access to information.
Customers type a question on your website. Engineers script the same query from the terminal. Sales reps right-click on a competitor's pricing page. Same answers, grounded in your documents — in seconds.
Deploys to your own AWS account. You pay us once and pay AWS directly for usage (typically $5–$50/mo depending on traffic). No subscription. No per-seat. No surprises.
15-minute call: we map your use case to the right plan, demo it live with a sample of your real documents, and answer any AWS questions. No pressure to commit.
Get started with a single chat-bot on your website.
For small teams ready to capture leads and brand the widget.
For growing businesses that need premium AI quality, multi-bot, and access tiers.
For enterprises that need agentic AI, every integration, and white-label.
One-time license fee. AWS infrastructure costs are billed directly by AWS to your account — typically $5/mo for light use, $25–50/mo for active use, scaling with traffic. Your data stays in your AWS account — always.
Need a specific feature combination? Build your own bundle → — pick a base, add à-la-carte features, see the total live.
Your data never leaves your account. Unlike other AI platforms, nohow.ai deploys entirely inside your own AWS infrastructure. We never see, store, or access your documents.
Live in 5 minutes, not 5 months. One-click deploy. Drag-and-drop your files. Copy one line of code. Your AI assistant is answering questions on your website the same day.
One price. No surprises. Pay once for the license. AWS infrastructure costs are transparent and usage-based — typically $5–$50/month depending on traffic. Set your own monthly caps to stay in control.
Yes. nohow.ai deploys directly into your AWS account so you maintain full ownership and control of your data. If you don't have one, creating an AWS account takes about 5 minutes and is free.
PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, XLS/XLSX, HTML, and Markdown files. Upload through the admin console with drag-and-drop — no preprocessing required.
Typical AWS costs range from $5/month for light use up to $50/month for active traffic — scaling with how many queries your bot answers. This covers compute, storage, AI inference, and content delivery. All serverless — you only pay for what you use. Per-query cost is roughly $0.0015 (basic), $0.025 (premium), $0.040 (max-quality agentic). Live cost breakdown is visible in your admin console.
No. The AI is configured to answer strictly from your uploaded documents. If the answer isn't in your files, it will say so clearly rather than guessing. Every response can cite the source document.
Copy a single <script> tag from your admin console and paste it into your website's HTML. Works with any platform — WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or custom code.
Right — the widget is the easiest doorway, but the same brain is also reachable through a clean REST API (one POST returns the answer + sources), a nohow CLI for terminal users, an MCP server that plugs into Claude Desktop, Cursor, or Claude Code as a tool, and a browser extension that lets anyone right-click on any page and ask. One license, one knowledge base, every doorway.
Yes. Lite and Starter include 1 bot, Pro includes up to 3 bots, and Max includes up to 10 bots — each with its own brand, prompt, language, KB scope, API key, and integrations, all from a single AWS deployment. Spin up a customer-support bot, an internal-docs bot, and a sales-enablement bot side by side without re-deploying.
Absolutely. Set a monthly conversation cap directly from your admin console. When the limit is reached, the chatbot pauses until next month. Set to 0 for unlimited. You're always in control.
Yes — book a 15-minute demo and we'll show you the product live with a sample of your real documents. We can also walk you through the AWS deployment so you know exactly what you're getting before you commit. Email [email protected] to schedule.
Yes. Everything runs in your own AWS account with HTTPS encryption, API throttling, XSS prevention, and IAM-based access controls. Your documents never leave your infrastructure — we never see or store your data.
Six regions where Bedrock + Knowledge Base + S3 Vectors are all available: us-east-1, us-east-2, us-west-2, eu-central-1, ap-south-1, and ap-southeast-2. After payment, the deploy link we email you is pre-set to whichever of those is closest to your billing country — change it on the AWS form before clicking Create if you prefer another. Other regions will fail to deploy because they're missing one of the underlying services.
Full refund within 14 days if you haven't deployed the stack yet — email [email protected] and we'll process it through Stripe. Once you've deployed, the license is yours forever; we can't refund a perpetual license that's already in use. If you change your mind about a feature later, you can disable it from the admin console anytime — your AWS bill drops accordingly. Refunded licenses are auto-revoked at our license API within 12 hours, so a refunded customer's bot stops getting paid features.
Yes. Your stack ships with CloudWatch alarms wired to an SNS topic. The email you paid with is auto-subscribed at deploy. If a Lambda errors or your APIs return 5xx, you get an email within ~5 minutes. There's also an Alerts inbox in your admin console that lists recent events (errors, new leads, etc.) — and a per-bot toggle "Email me on new leads" in the Leads tab so you can tune notifications.
Yes. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and we'll wipe every record we hold tied to your license — license row in our database, telemetry events, Cloudflare KV records — within 7 business days. Your CloudFormation stack and the data in it remain in your own AWS account; only you can delete those.
Not sure yet? Book a 15-minute live demo — we'll walk you through the product with sample documents and answer any AWS questions. No pressure.
One-time license. Deploy in your own AWS account — your data never leaves you.
